Mauritz has over 10 years of architect-level experience from server- and client-side software development. During recent years Mauritz has been pioneering the usage of agile methods such as Scrum and XP with different customers. Mauritz has very wide ranging experience in telecom industry and mobile technologies in general. Mauritz’s areas of expertise also include anti-counterfeit and IAM technologies.

Before joining Valuemotive in 2008, Mauritz worked for almost 10 years as a technology specialist in Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks and Tieto. Mauritz’s current customer responsibilities in Valuemotive include J2EE architecture consulting and client software development.

Ari has over 10 years of various architect-level experience in the area of J2EE software development consulting. Ari has strong knowledge of the latest J2EE frameworks and best practices, including agile software development. Ari is also a specialist on Oracle/BEA technologies. Ari’s project-diverse career in consulting business has given him strong experience from financial, telecom and security industries but also from other business areas.

Before joining Valuemotive in 2008, Ari worked as a specialist and consultant for companies including Nokia, Stonesoft and Siili. Ari’s current responsibilities in Valuemotive include various J2EE architecture consulting tasks.

Teppo is a senior program and project management professional with over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry. His professional focus is in challenging program management, where key responsibilities include business-driven control of simultaneous customer, partner and development team interfaces in global program landscape.

Before joining Valuemotive at 2009, Teppo worked over 14 years in the Telecom industry and almost 10 years in the financial management industry. In addition to program and project management, Teppo has worked as R&D Chief Architect, technology specialist and in several managerial roles. His current responsibilities in Valuemotive include program and project management, related to both customer solution development and their global deployments.

Petter has several years of project management experience from large international software and hardware projects. Petter is also familiar with the management of business intelligence, data warehousing and agile software development projects. Petter has most of his current business experience from telecom and space navigation industries.

Before joining Valuemotive in 2008, Petter worked for scientific research projects as a senior project manager and software developer. Petter’s current responsibilities in Valuemotive include all aspects of customer project management.
