Sales Lead


We are looking for an experienced and customer-driven consulting sales professional to reinforce our growing team

Right now we're looking for an efficiently communicating IT consulting professional to a Sales Lead position. We will shape the role together to fit you.

Key responsibilities

• New customer acquisition & B2B sales with the goal of providing new exciting project and career opportunities for our amazing professionals

• Increase revenue, improve margins and scalability of the services with the goal of growing the business

• Development of professional new customer acquisition and B2B sales culture

• Develop Valuemotive’s offering (consulting and other digital services) together with the team

Your role includes selling highest-quality design and software development consulting services for new customers in Finland and abroad. We want you to be responsible for managing and improving sales processes and create tailored customer offers. We work transparently and are looking for the same approach in sales work, including usage of CRM (Pipedrive). In case of business team absences (vacations etc.), account management responsibilities related to current customers will be on your table too. Otherwise we want to give you space to create new business.

• Deep professional passion for creating customer relationships

• Experience in software development consulting sales in Finland

• Result-orientation with wisdom to balance sufficient quantity with

sufficient quality needed for the results

• Existing insights and passion for continuously learning how digital

transformation is changing business models in different business domains

• Motivation for understanding the professional development and career

aspirations of designers and software development professionals, and how B2B sales

directly serves that development

• Self-starter attitude coupled with experimenting and independent working style

• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English, written and spoken

  • Application time: As soon as possible

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent, flexible working hours

  • Location: Flexible remote work, our office is located in Kalasatama, Helsinki 

  • Salary: 5000-7000€/month for a fixed salary contract depending on experience, however we are open to discussion if you think you should get more. We offer the opportunity to different salary models based on the preference of an individual and are happy to discuss this more with you.
